Trekking Manager – (Uday)

Uday is a committed and experienced Trekking Manager who plans, organizes and supervises trekking operations to ensure safe, enjoyable and well coordinated adventures to the clients.

He is responsible for itinerary design, logistics coordination, guide supervision, client communication and all aspects of trekking programs. Uday upholds the highest standards of safety, environmental responsibility and customer satisfaction on every trek.

He has good leadership qualities and manages trekking staff like guides, porters and support teams to ensure smooth functioning in diverse and often challenging terrains. He also manages risk, checks the weather and makes sure local regulations and safety protocols are followed.

Uday develops close links with local communities, lodges and suppliers, championing sustainable tourism practices. He also handles customer queries, takes care of problems on treks and ensures everyone has a memorable experience.
